05/06/2013 - Pre Construction Meeting
05/01/2013 - Excavate home site if necessary
05/14/2013 - Crawl foundation
05/08/2013 - Pour footer
05/09/2013 - Lay block foundation
05/13/2013 - Gravel to garage and inside crawl space
05/13/2013 - Pour garage concrete
05/09/2013 - Lumber delivery
05/24/2013 - Framing (typically takes a week)
06/07/2013 - Install roof
06/13/2013 - HVAC rough-in
06/12/2013 - Plumbing rough-in
06/13/2013 - Electrical rough-in
06/14/2013 - Interactive rough-in
06/21/2013 - Pre drywall meeting
07/15/2013 - Met with the our New PM
07/22/2013 - Insulate the home
07/24/2013 - Second Pre drywall meeting with new PM
07/27/2013 - Drywall (typically takes a week)
07/28/2013 - Framing changes to accommodate bathroom upgrade 

08/06/2013 - Paint first coat
08/07/2013 - Cabinets
08/08/2013 - Flooring (Ceramic tile)
08/10/2013 - Trim(baseboard, crown, columns etc)

08/19/2013-  HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Interactive Trim outs
08/15/2013 - Final paint
08/20/2013 - Flooring (Hardwood)
08/21/2013 - Flooring (Carpet)

09/03/2013 - Quality Inspection
09/04/2013 - New Home Orientation
09/05/2013 - Closing

06/20/2013 - Brick 
07/03/2013 - Siding
07/10/2013 - Dig utility ditches
07/12/2013 - Rough Grade on yard
08/13/2013 - Gas line ran to the home
08/14/2013 - Driveway, lead walk
