This will be flipped based on our lot and garage location, so the dormer will be on the left side. Also there will be a small portico over the front door.
I really like the floor plan, not typical RH. The closest thing to this that is offered by us is the Capri.. The elevation looks very majestic as well. Will look forwards pictures of the finished product. Are there no basements in your development/area?
Thanks Ella! Master BR down was a critical criteria for us, with that there were limited options, and this fitted us perfectly. They do offer basements in our community, there are only few lots on which they could build basements though and we opted not to have one.
We are just building blind, we did not see a model of this floor plan so yes, there will be a lot of pictures!! ;-)
Great floor plan--and I like the elevation, particularly with the portico over the front door.
