Framing update....

After 10 days of delay, they did start framing today....Finally!!! :-)

Drove by the home site around lunch time and took some pictures!! Our PM said they will be working this weekend to catch up. I feel bad for them!! :-|

We are headed to Chicago for the long weekend to spend some time with our family, so we'll be missing some action. But I can't wait to get back and check it out on Tuesday. I think this will be the first time I'm excited for a weekday after the long weekend! ;-)

    Yeah framing!!! You may actually have a house to look at when you get back. Looks like you have a mote, just like we had.

    Nice progress. This part goes really fast, you'll have a house there before you know it :)

      We back up to that tree line and there's a farm beyond that and a mountain.... I can already picture myself sitting on our deck and sipping wine almost every evening! :D

    In looking at those pictures, I am wondering if this is concrete all the way up, or do you have concrete cinder blocks on top of the foundation? I don't think I saw this setup before. No basement, correct?

      Yes, no basement but we have conditioned crawl space.....so they have concrete cinder blocks on the foundation....
